Nintendo Labo launches in South Africa

7 May 2018
It’s time to immerse yourself in the full Nintendo experience. Nintendo Labo has finally launched in South Africa, giving die-hard fans a dedicated spot to interact with build-and-play experiences designed for Nintendo Switch.
With pre-cut sheets of cardboard, you can create a variety of shapes including a motorbike, a fishing rod, a piano or anything you can imagine. Pair that up with the Nintendo Switch and you’ve created your own gaming world.
It’s very simple! Build your own Toy-Con creations by folding and combining cardboard sheets - you don’t even need glue or scissors. Add your Nintendo Switch system and then discover how it works from building it yourself. Once you’ve got that figured out, you can invent new ways of playing in the Toy-Con Garage, a secret lab that’s included in all Nintendo Labo software.
The Nintendo Labo is open at Sandton City now. Check out the Nintendo Labo kits are available in stores starting today.
