Watch Lady Gaga stop a show to look after an injured fan

If you thought Lady Gaga's love for her Monsters was fake deep, you may want to rethink that. During a stop of her Joanne World Tour, Mother Monster stopped the show for a fan she noticed was bleeding.
 
"Are you alright? Do you need some extra help?" Gaga can be heard saying in a fan recorded video. "Yeah? Okay, so do you need a paramedic? They're on their way? Okay." As tried to continue comforting her, she said, "I'm so sorry that you got hit in the face and that you're bleeding."
 
It wasn't long before concert medics swooped in to give the woman the medical attention she needed. "Okay, I think she's going to go off now to see the doctors," the a concerned Mother Monster said. "What we all need to remember is that there are things more important than show business."
 
That being said, the show must go on but it does not mean the fallen should be forgotten. Gaga went on to dedicate an acoustic version of Paparazzi to the fan and even arranged a backstage pass for her.
